In it Jill asks:

My question for you today is: what are you practicing?

Fear? Love? Anxiety? Joy? Despair? Gratitude? Connection? Loneliness? Optimism?

All day long, we are practicing something. Consciously or habitually, with or without awareness, we are practicing.
