Simple breathing is what’s missing from many hugs. So many are over before they are given a chance at magic.

Relaxing and breathing are highly recommended to maximize this transformative moment. No patting, squeezing, roaming or groping. Simply hold one another.

In order to give this a bit of sacred twist we need to rediscover joy. Find gratitude. Feel it in your heart space. Feel yourself breathe more deeply as you remember how good this feels. Then you are ready to share; give and receive.
